The reason why some believers seemingly do not bear the fruit of the Spirit, is because they do not allow Him to work in them. When he gains control of your actions and reactions to life and its activities, those fruits become evident in your life. It's His presence within and your subjection to Him, that births the fruit of the Spirit. Simply put, a mango tree will only bear mango as fruits. It's funny how we live our lives guided and directed by the desires and promptings of the flesh and yet expect to see the fruit of the spirit evident in our life styles.  Your prayer each day should be: LORD HELP ME TO SUBMIT TO YOUR HOLY SPIRIT.
