BUILDING YOUR MIND

Guard your heart for out of it are the issues of life .. 


You will often hear most preachers and public speakers telling you that victory starts from the mind. This is an actual fact because you can't get what you do not first acquire in your mind. 
Your mind is like a womb (it houses possibilities). A woman does not give birth to a baby that has not been nursed in the womb.
This principle applies to every area of our lives, be it Spiritual, financial, the list goes on and on.
No wonder the Bible tells us to guard our hearts and think on things that are of virtue.


Of U.S. lottery winners who win in excess of $3 million each, 80 percent are bankrupt within three years. Why? Because money alone does not make you rich. 
These people may add numbers to their checking accounts, but the mere numbers do not make them rich, because they do not change how they think.

Academically, a student who failed his exams, first failed in his mind.
Your mind is infinite. It’s your doubts that are limiting. 
Ayn Rand, the author of Atlas Shrugged, said, “Wealth is the product of man’s capacity to think.”
 So if you are ready to change your life, you just be ready to equip your mind.

Equipping your mind entails a lot- it involves you reading books, attending seminars, being sensitive and resisting bugs that could corrupt the state of your mind morally and otherwise.
Conclusively, Your mind is the custodian of thoughts ; so , GUARD IT WITH ALL DILIGENCE.

The reason why some believers seemingly do not bear the fruit of the Spirit, is because they do not allow Him to work in them.
