To the leaders,
We exhaust ourselves in building people spiritually, mentally, financially and we ensure that they grow to maturity. It's something we enjoy. We're passionate about it.  We actually do not desire a reward because it's more like a fulfillment of our destiny.
However, it's essential that we live balanced lives, not over looking out own vineyard. I came across a particular scripture in the Bible and it struck me so hard.
Take some time to meditate on it ...
