The mercy of God

Man has been known to be one of God's creatures that rarely shows this attribute called mercy unless when morality comes to play or the spirit of God is at work in the life of a man. However, we have a God who is plenteous in mercy, from everlasting to everlasting. .
The psalmist was conscious of this, that's why he wrote in one of his psalms that the Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and plenteous in mercy (for He knoweth our frame;

He remembers that we are dust). Another of his lines of psalm says:''when I consider the heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the start, which thou has ordained. *WHAT IS MAN THAT THOU ART MINDFUL OF HIM?? AND THE SON OF MAN THAT THOU VISITEST HIM??*
Analysing our lives lives and how far we've gone we would realize immediately that the mercy of God plays a major role in the fulfilment of our destinies..
Yet many of us take God for granted by disobeying Him and placing Him at the bottom of our priority list. We are always too busy to give Him the first place that he deserves.
*Over farmiliarity*!! Yeah! that's the right word to call it. Majority of us are too farmiliar with God. .
When last did u consult God before taking any major step in your life??.
When last did u obey His instructions willingly and cheerfully???
When last did u meet up with your quiet time and time of fellowship??
When last did u ever stop to thank Him for His mercies and grace??
*Our God is a jealous God*!!.

And like I use to say, the jealousy of God was designed in a way that u can only seek God and find Him when u seek Him with all your heart.~~
