Tapping into the power of agreement
Unity is standing together with one purpose, sharing a joint vision and trusting God's word to be fulfilled.
God recognises people who work together in unity.
This can be seen in scriptures concerning the building of the tower of Babel. Another illustration is shown in Acts2:1-4. The gift of the Holy spirit came when they were with "one accord". One bonus God has given to His church is the mystery of agreement prayer.
There is a force in the realm of the spirit that is released when someone believes with you that your prayer request can be made manifest.
Matt18:19-20 says Again I tell you, if two of you on earth agree (harmonize together, make a symphony together) about whatever [anything and everything] they may ask, it will come to pass and be done for them by My Father in heaven.
For wherever two or three are gathered (drawn together as My followers) in (into) My name, there I Am in the midst of them.
Acts12:3-5 At the arrest of Peter, the church as a body stood in the place of prayer and intercession and there was divine intervention.
However, it is kinda hard to find someone who has similar convictions with you. The mistake Joseph made was that he shared his dream with people who never agreed with him.
If the closest people in your life don't agree with you, then you are in trouble. You need to create a kingdom community of like minded people.
