Brokenness

Brokeness is the state of being contrite. Its something that God cannot ignore.
In my walk with God, I've realised that there's a particular stage you'll get to, whereby you'll feel so weak to press on in faith; the desire is there but there's no more strength. Its at this stage that you realise that " by strength shall no man prevail"
. This is when you realise that you just need God to hold you by the hand and lead the way.
I know of people who were broken at different situations of their lives(David and Hezekiah) and God never turned His back on them.
Brokeness can only come from a genuine heart, a heart that has been purified and set aside for God. Though there may be different points where your flaws will reflect but God doesn't really count it so far your heart is sold
out to Him. God doesn't use perfect people. God doesn't use the qualified. But He works on you and qualifies you for His use.
There are times when God will allow certain difficulties and challenges and road blocks to come your way because He needs your heart to be broken. Only then can you turn to Him and ask Him to show His face in your world

The church is filled with so many proud people, bragging around and proclaiming different profane words.
Believe me God's face is always turned towards a broken heart.
I could list people who received strength to God due to their contrite heart.
I myself, I'm not left out in this list...
*If My people, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves, pray, seek, crave, and require of necessity My face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land*
